Camozzi is an international group with headquarters in Italy and more than 2.300 employees worldwide organized in 4 different divisions: automation, machine tools, textile machine, CSP.

For our automation division, due to our expansion in Central Eastern Europe, for our new branch in the Czech Republic, we are currently seeking a Senior Sales Engineer / Manager to cover the North/East Bohemia Area. Other locations will be evaluated.

what will you do
* develop, from a commercial point of view, the area of your competence (Central Bohemia, Liberec, Hradec Králove, Ústi nad Labem regions) identifying and meeting new prospects (expected at least 30 meetings per month)
* manage existing clients toward continued growth and performance
* drive orders and convertibility of orders (sales) to achieve targets and year-over-year growth
* identify and cultivate strategic relationships with clients across multi-layered organizations
* support trade shows, vendor days, and client learning sessions by presenting Camozzi solutions, business cases and other client marketing presentation material
* demonstrate compliance to Camozzi ethic code, and local law or government regulation; reporting any associated risks
* guarantee a technical support to customers
* defines the market penetration plan regarding the area of competence, finding potential clients and implementing commercial initiatives oriented towards the development of the zone of influence or the maintenance of the existing position
* be responsible for leading “deal reviews” as part of ongoing pipeline reviews
* collects and analyzes the clients’ needs of the area of his competence and suggests the technical solution or the type of product in order to prepare a suitable and satisfying commercial offer

who we are looking for
* knowledge of industrial automation sector, better if pneumatic applications
* customer base in Bohemia is a plus
* strong sales attitude: ice breaker preferred than KAM
* good technical expertise in products and sector
* great communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills
* demonstrated ability to prospect and develop new accounts into a sustainable revenue stream
* show the ability to quickly build trust and develop influential relationships at all levels of an organization
* proactive work style, creativity, high energy
* flexible, team member, able to work with others with positive attitude
* demonstrated ability to execute and drive results
* self-motivated with a focus on customer satisfaction
* capable of listening to the client’s needs.
* proficiency in the use of personal computers and MS Office
* ability and willingness to travel at least 60-65% of the time as required
* czech / slovak native or at least C1 level
* good knowledge of English language
