Požadavky:
We are looking for a proactive, organized individual with experience for the position of management assistant and with knowledge of both German and English language. what you will do
* Management of calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordination of appointments
* Assistance in organizing various events
* Processing email correspondence
* Processing and management of orders
* Processing of asset records
* Providing additional administrative support based on team needs
who we are looking for
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
* University education in a relevant field (e.g., Economics; Business Administration) is an advantage
* Proficiency in English (B2/C1) and German (B2/C1)
* Communication and organizational skills
* Independence
